Fees

We are currently out-of-network with all insurance panels. We can provide a superbill upon request for out-of-network reimbursement.

We provide therapy services that are not limited to "medical necessity," authorized hours, or meeting your deductible. Insurance companies set limitations on care based on difficult to understand jargon. Our aim is to address the concern you came in for and help you get proper support.

Our evaluations are comprehensive meaning we will utilize as much time and testing measures as necessary to get to the root of your concern. We offer flat fees (as outlined below) that do not change even if we need additional time or testing measures.

Good Faith Estimate

Effective January 1, 2022, The No Surprises Act, was enacted to ensure healthcare providers give clients who do not have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the cost for healthcare services and items.

You are entitled to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” describing the cost of of what the charges could be for services provided to you. The Good Faith Estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created, and does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during the course of treatment. You could experience additional charges based on a change in treatment, complications, and/or if special circumstances occur.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a GFE before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your GFE, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.

Schedule a consultation if you have any further questions.
