Everybody is a work in progress. Each day, we try to learn more about ourselves, others, and the world around us. No one has everything figured out, but yet, from time to time we believe we need to fit into the mold of society and the expectations that have been created for us. We may often try to re-imagine ourselves to be something different in order to be considered worthy, loveable, successful, attractive, competent, or "good enough."
While you may feel the pressure to perform at your peak all the time, I hope to create a safe space where you can share your authentic self with me — no judgment or expectations of who you need to be.
I believe you are the true expert in your life. I will not tell you how to be or how to live, but rather, help you introspect on the aspects of your life where you may feel change is necessary. My aim is to restore your energy, help you find a sense of balance, learn more about the experiences that have shaped you, and prioritize the most meaningful aspects of your life.
Along this journey, I will provide support and validate your experiences. In therapy, I will help you overcome self-judgment, enhance communication, heal from past trauma, fortify your relationships, and identify your strengths. I will offer new perspectives and gently challenge you. We will work together to dismantle any harmful messages, repair any parts of your narrative that are keeping you stuck, and help you build a healthy, new approach to life, self and relationships.
I can also help you gain more self-awareness and provide the support and resources you need to improve your well-being with one of our comprehensive assessments. Ultimately, no matter which path you choose, I will help you gain the confidence to live a more fulfilling, authentic life.
